Cats r us

I shall say nothing on the current cat debate, though the links between cats and librarians are as mythically strong as cardigans, spectacles and shushing. But we do have a bit of a cat history here at Christchurch City Libraries and I can’t resist sharing some of our awesome cat pics:

Awesome! I always suspected that cats liked a good yarn.

I love the photos, cats some cats are lovely as for mine there are times i do not like her and thats when she kills native birds like waxeyes, just for the fun of it,,i can see the glee on her face .I wish a bird would swoop down and peck on the nose.

Keep them well feed and make sure you play with them and they won’t seek either food or mental stimulation elsewhere, like hunting birds! One of our cats loves watching black and white TV shows. And she comes running into the room when she hears the Doctor Who theme. I don’t think she knows she is a cat….
