Christchurch earthquake

Christchurch experienced a major earthquake this morning 4.35am, Saturday 4 September 2010.

Note (Saturday 4.47pm): Please assume all Christchurch City Libraries are closed Saturday and Sunday.

    Are the ccl libraries open or closed? Why don’t u have a notice on your main website?

    I think all libraries are closed today, but I don’t know what the long term plan is. I imagine there will be quite a mess!
