I got a text message this morning – at 5am. Unsurprisingly , I was asleep, surprisingly, the text message was from a website reminding me to take the opportunity to vote today. Silly me, I thought the election was YESTERDAY. I did spend 16 hours working at a polling place, handed out 1000 “I voted” stickers and counted 1500 votes (four times) but apparently we got it wrong.
